Shipping + Refund Policy
We are extremely careful when it comes to making sure the product descriptions are as in-depth and accurate as possible. If you would like further clarification or have any questions regarding any products listed on our website, please feel free to send us an email: email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
We do not have to provide you with a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you do require an exchange or refund, please contact us ASAP as the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 14 days of the purchase date. Once we receive the item back, we will inspect to make sure it is still in its original condition and then we will either refund your payment or provide you with a store credit to the same value for The Groms Collective.
Shipping Costs & Estimates:
All New Zealand orders totalling over $100 NZD are eligible for FREE SHIPPING (excluding Cariboo + oversized products). For all other orders, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6 NZD. All items (excluding any items on pre-order) will be dispatched within 2 business days of placing your order, and you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. Estimated delivery is within 2-3 business days, unless you require rural delivery which is estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
Rest of the world:
We have 2 options for shipping at checkout - tracked and untracked shipping. Please choose which option you prefer, and then your goodies will be shipped out to you within 2 business days of placing your order. You will also receive an email from us to let you know your items have been shipped, and if you selected tracked shipping, this will be accompanied by your tracking details too.
